We are currently recruiting for a prestigious private hospital in Central London, which is seeking to employ an experienced Senior Sister / Charge Nurse for their Paediatric Day Unit.

The job holder needs to provide effective leadership, expertise, advice and support to the Oncology team. Applicants must carry continuous responsibility for the management of the unit, making effective use of resources and ensuring the highest standards of care to patients and families are achieved on a 24-hour basis and lead, support, supervise and teach all staff, acting as an excellent role model and expert practitioner in the delivery of exemplary patient care.

Requirements
    
•    NMC Registered Nurse (RN Child / RSCN)
•    Post Registration Degree
•    Assessing & Mentoring qualification
•    Evidence of continuing professional development within the speciality
•    Leadership or Management Training
•    Basic Life Support training
•    PILS / EPLS
