OES Healthcare Recruitment is currently looking to recruit an experienced Registered Children's Nurse for a Senior Staff Nurse within a highly regarded Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).

Duties/ Responsibilities

As NICU Senior Staff Nurse you will be responsible for delivering the highest quality of nursing care to patients and their families within the Neonatal Intensive Care and Special Care Baby Unit. This is a Junior Sister equivalent role and will provide you with a fantastic opportunity to assist the Sister/ Charge Nurse in leading the unit and multidisciplinary team.

The services comprise 3 NICU cots, 5 SCBU cots and 6 transitional care cots. Levels I and II Neonatal Intensive Care are provided for infants from 30 weeks.

Requirements

•    NMC Registered Children's Nurse (RN Child/ RSCN)
•    Minimum 2 - 3 years Neonatal ICU/ SCBU experience
•    ENB 998/ Mentorship/ Teaching and Assessing or equivalent
•    ENB 405 Neonatal Intensive Care qualification advantageous but not essential
