We are currently recruiting for a prestigious private hospital in Central London, which is seeking to employ an experienced Sister / Charge Nurse for their Paediatric ICU department.

The job holder will provide clinical leadership to a designated nursing team and ensure the provision of high quality nursing care to children and families. Applicants must act as a role model and expert clinical practitioner and assist in the safe, effective and efficient management of the department within allocated resources. You must also have a sound knowledge of working and leading a Paediatric Intensive Care Team.

Requirements
    
•    UK NMC Registered Nurse (RN Adult / RN Child/ RSCN)
•    Minimum 5 years Paediatric ICU Nursing experience
•    ENB 988 or equivalent mentorship qualification
•    Evidence of continuing professional development within the speciality
•    Relevant courses / experience in PICU
•    Leadership or management training
•    Basic Life Support training
•    APLS / EPLS
•    Awareness of Child Protection issues essential
•    Experience of dealing with the sick infant and child essential
